A Compendium of Utilities

This is meant to be a simple, small list of projects and utilities that may be of interest to the community, and will be frequently updated from the various Wiki's. This list may often be lacking projects, but feel free to post any unlisted or new projects in the comments section, and I will happily add them to the compendium as well as update the Wiki pages, if need be.

Wiki pages for project and utility lists:

Emulators

Assemblers

Disassemblers

Compilers

Other Utilities

Technical Documentation
Much of this is not final. There are ongoing standards being drafted and debated here. These will include eventual standardisations of the ABI and various other importances.
Notice: THIS IS BEING CONSTANTLY UPDATED

No compilers (yet)? The programming community is getting slow.

Compilers are harder to make than assemblers or emulators, so they're not being slow as such. It takes time to design a language entirely for the DCPU-16, and porting any other languages is no easy job at all. I'm surprised we've advanced this quickly!
